What is your delivery time?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours after receiving them. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan, depending on your location.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept cash on delivery, easypaisa, jazzcash, and bank transfer.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order on the “ track your order ” page.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address change requests are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong parcel?
If you find any issue with your parcel (damaged, wrong item, or missing product), you must inform us within 4 to 5 hours of receiving it. After this time, we will not be able to accept any complaint.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Used products will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
